This 3-month package includes:
- A 60-90 minute Wellness Planning session by phone, where we create your Wellness Vision, a set of 3 month wellness goals, and your goals for our next call.
- 3 month’s worth of Wellness Coaching phone calls (3 sessions per month at 45 minutes each), to chip away, step by step, at implementing your Wellness Vision and 3 month goals.
- Unlimited email support.
